Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa Perseroan telah menerima surat dari Pengadilan
Negeri Jakarta Pusat Kelas 1A Khusus Nomor:
W10.U1/4808/HT.03/VIII/2023/MH perihal panggilan sidang
menghadap dalam perkara Nomor:
62/Pdt.SusPKPU/2023/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst yang akan
dilaksanakan pada 5 September 2023.
Gugatan permohonan PKPU tersebut adalah terkait
permintaan pelunasan utang senilai Rp323 Juta dari PT Mata
Langit Nusantara dan Rp1,09 Miliar dari CV Anugerah Pertiwi
atas pekerjaan subkontraktor pada proyek Perseroan.
Perseroan berkomitmen untuk selalu berpedoman kepada
prinsip Good Corporate Governance (GCG) serta mematuhi
dan mengikuti segala proses hukum sesuai dengan ketentuan
perundang-undangan yang berlaku dengan itikad baik.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dapat kami sampaikan bahwa dengan adanya pengajuan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan permohonan PKPU tersebut, tidak memiliki dampak yang
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, signifikan terhadap kegiatan operasional dan kondisi
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Keuangan dari Perseroan.

W10.U1/4808/HT.03/VIII/2023/MH regarding a court summons
to appear in case Number: 62/Pdt.SusPKPU/2023/PN.Niaga.
Jkt.Pst which will be held on September 5 2023.
The PKPU lawsuit is related to the request for debt repayment
of IDR 323 million from PT Mata Langit Nusantara and IDR
1.09 billion from CV Anugerah Pertiwi for subcontractor work
on the Company's project.
The Company is committed to always adhering to the
principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and
complying with and following all legal processes in accordance
with applicable statutory provisions in good faith.
