Pada tanggal 30 Agustus 2023, Perseroan telah melakukan pembelian kembali sebanyak 15.750.500 saham dengan nilai saham sebesar Rp756.024.000.000. Laporan Hasil Pelaksanaan Pembelian Kembali Saham adalah sebagaimana terlampir. Melalui transaksi ini, Perseroan memiliki total sebanyak 63.750.500 saham treasuri. Perseroan akan melakukan Pembelian Kembali Saham secara bertahap selama Periode Pembelian Kembali Saham dan akan melakukan keterbukaan informasi kembali dalam hal Perseroan telah melaksanakan Pembelian Kembali Saham tahap selanjutnya. 15,750,500 shares with the value of Rp756,024,000,000.

treasury shares in total.
The Company will execute the Share Buyback in stages
during the Share Buyback Period and will announce
