On August 29, 2023, the Company bought back
16,900,000 shares with the value of Rp811,200,000,000.
The report on the Result of the Implementation of Share
Buyback is attached.
Through this transaction, the Company holds 48,000,000
treasury shares in total.
The Company will execute the Share Buyback in stages
during the Share Buyback Period and will announce
another information disclosure in the event that the
Company has executed the next stage of the Share
Buyback.
