PT Sumber Mas Konstruksi Tbk merupakan Perusahaan Terbatas yang didirikan pada tahun 1981 dan memulai kegiatan usaha jasa konstruksi umum. Kegiatan usaha konstruksi
umum Perseroan, meliputi Arsitektur, Interior, Jalan dan Jembatan, Mekanikal Elektrikal yang berorientasi pada ketepatan, kecepatan dan efisiensi.
PT Sumber Mas Konstruksi Tbk is a Limited Liability Company established in 1981 and began operating as a general construction services company. The Company's general
construction business activities include architecture, interior design, roads and bridges, and mechanical and electrical engineering, focusing on accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
Perseroan dalam kegiatan jasa konstruksi umum bekerjasama dengan Pihak Perusahaan Swasta maupun Badan Usaha milik Negara/Daerah. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir,
Perseroan lebih banyak melakukan Pembangunan Gedung, Arsitektur Gedung, Jalan & Jembatan. Perseroan telah mencatatkan seluruh sahamnya di BEI pada tanggal 9 Maret 2022.
The Company collaborates with both private companies and state-owned and regionally-owned enterprises in its general construction services. In recent years, the Company has
primarily engaged in building construction, architectural projects, and roads and bridges. The Company listed all of its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on March 9, 2022.

Keputusan RUPST Tahun 2025/AGMS Resolution 2025
1. Laporan Direksi Perseroan mengenai kegiatan operasional dan tata usaha keuangan Perseroan untuk tahun
buku yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2025 serta pengesahan Neraca dan Laporan Laba/Rugi untuk
tahun buku 2025 serta pembebasan dan pelunasan (acquit et de charge) sepenuhnya kepada seluruh
anggota direksi dan Dewan Komisaris atas tindakan pengurusan dan pengawasan yang telah dilakukan
dalam tahun buku tersebut. / Approval of the Board of Directors’ Report on the Company’s operational
activities and financial administration for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, as well as ratification
of the Statement of Financial Position and Statement of Profit or Loss for Financial Year 2025. The AGMS
also granted full release and discharge (acquit et de charge) to all members of the Board of Directors and
Board of Commissioners for their management and supervisory actions during the financial year.
2. Laporan atas Penggunaan Dana hasil Penawaran Umum Perdana Saham (Initial Public Offering) Perseroan
sampai dengan tanggal 31 Desember 2025. / Approval of the Report on the Realization of the Use of
Proceeds from the Company’s Initial Public Offering up to 31 December 2025.
