ekosistem kendaraan listrik di Indonesia.
Proyek ini akan mengambil dan mengolah
bijih limonite kadar rendah sebagai
mineral yang berperan penting dalam
pembuatan baterai kendaraan listrik.
Berlokasi di Malili, Luwu Timur, Sulawesi
Selatan, fasilitas pengolahan ini akan
dibangun dengan target produksi tahunan
total 60.000 ton produk Mixed Hydroxide
Precipitate (MHP) yang nantinya akan
diolah menjadi baterai kendaraan listrik.
The Company has signed a Definitive
Cooperation Agreement with Zhejiang
Huayou Cobalt Co. Ltd (Huayou) and PT
Huali Nickel Indonesia (Huali) on 25
August 2023 for the High-Pressure Acid
Leaching (HPAL) facilities construction
project which is in line with Indonesia’s
vision to build a domestic electric vehicle
ecosystem.
The project will extract and process low
grade limonite nickel ore, a mineral that
plays an important role in manufacturing
electric vehicle batteries. Located in
Malili, East Luwu, South Sulawesi, the
processing facilities will be built with a
total annual production target of 60,000
tons of Mixed Hydroxide Precipitate
(MHP) products which can be further
processed into electric vehicle batteries.
