ownership subsequent to the PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk comprising of

dibeli atau dijual dan persentase returned of shares to GPF by GOTO’s former
kepemilikan saham sesudah employees and transfer of 1,238,967,200 Series A
transaksi Shares to participants, both transactions as part of
the GoTo Employee and Consultants Share

4 Purchase or Sale Price per The purchase price is Rp. 2/ per share, which is the
Shares/Harga Pembelian atau same price as the exercise price when the relevant

Rp. 2,- per saham. Harga tersebut sama dengan harga
pelaksanaan ESOP yang dibayarkan oleh pegawai yang
bersangkutan saat melakukan exercise atas opsi saham
terkait.
The selling price is Rp. 2/- per share. The shares price
are based on the exercise prices stated in each share
options agreement with participants as mentioned in
the GoTo’s IPO Prospectus.
Harga transaksi adalah Rp. 2,- per saham. Harga
tersebut merupakan harga pelaksanaan yang diatur
dalam setiap perjanjian opsi saham dengan peserta
sebagaimana telah disebutkan dalam Prospektus IPO
GoTo.
