Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk KRYA mencatat proyek
yang ditangani sepanjang tahun 2023 sebesar Rp 262,73
miliar. Capaian total proyek itu setara dengan 105,82% target
RKAP perolehan proyek KRYA untuk sepanjang tahun 2023
yang mencapai Rp 248,28 miliar. Catatan menarik terkait
proyek yang ditangani oleh KRYA pada tahun 2023, ternyata
jauh lebih besar dari kapitalisasi pasar Perseroan pada 22
Agustus 2023, yang hanya mencapai Rp 111,48 miliar.
Dengan kata lain proyek yang diraih KRYA pada tahun 2023
ini 2,3 kali lebih besar dari kapitalisasi pasar saham KRYA di
Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sepanjang tahun 2023 ini, KRYA
tercatat membukukan sejumlah proyek baru yang cukup besar
Sementara itu, Dharmo Budiono Direktur Utama PT Bangun
Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk. mengatakan, Saya cukup optimistis
dengan kinerja dan capaian kontrak perusahaan di sisa tahun
2023. Dan terus menginisiasi sejumlah terobosan strategis
untuk memastikan efisiensi dalam pelaksanaan proyek,
dengan tetap memperhatikan kualitas dan pelayanan. Dharmo
menambahkan dalam setiap target penyelesaian proyek-
proyeknya, KRYA selalu memperhatikan dan mengutamakan
kualitas dan ketepatan penyerahan waktu pekerjaan kepada
pemberi kerja, disertai dengan tingkat keselamatan dan
kesehatan kerja (K3) level tertinggi, sehingga dapat
memberikan hasil yang memuaskan bagi semua pihak yang
terlibat dan meningkatkan rasa kepercayaan para klien serta
investor dari dalam maupun luar negeri dengan strategi serta
pengembangan bisnis yang matang.

KRYA's New Contract Achievement in 2023, Far Above Its
Type of Material Information or Facts Stock Market Capitalization
Description of Material Information or PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk KRYA noted that
Facts projects handled throughout 2023 amounted to IDR 262.73
billion. The total project achievement is equivalent to 105.82%
of the RKAP target for obtaining the KRYA project for the
whole of 2023 which reached IDR 248.28 billion. An interesting
note regarding the project handled by KRYA in 2023, it turns
out to be much larger than the Company's market
capitalization on 22 August 2023, which only reached IDR
111.48 billion. In other words, the project that KRYA will
achieve in 2023 is 2.3 times larger than the market
capitalization of KRYA's shares on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange. Throughout 2023, KRYA recorded a number of
sizable new projects Meanwhile, Dharmo Budiono Main
Director of PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk. said, "I am
quite optimistic about the company's performance and contract
achievements for the remainder of 2023. And continue to
initiate a number of strategic breakthroughs to ensure
efficiency in project implementation, while paying attention to
quality and service.
Dharmo added that in each of its project completion targets,
KRYA always pays attention to and prioritizes the quality and
timeliness of work delivery to employers, accompanied by the
highest level of occupational safety and health (K3), so as to
provide satisfactory results for all parties involved and increase
the trust of clients and investors from within and outside the
country with a mature strategy and business development.
