The purpose of transaction prospektus Penawaran Umum Saham
Perdana Perseroan, sebagai bagian dari
Program Opsi Saham Karyawan dan
Konsultan, GoTo Peopleverse Fund
(“GPF”), yang merupakan salah satu
pemegang saham Perseroan, memberikan
opsi saham kepada karyawan, konsultan,
mantan karyawan, anggota Direksi dan
Dewan Komisaris Perseroan termasuk
kepada Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo sebagai
anggota Direksi Perseroan, dimana opsi
saham tersebut memberikan hak kepada
setiap pemegang opsi, untuk memiliki
saham Perseroan yang dimiliki dan dikelola
oleh GPF.
Selanjutnya, dengan tujuan untuk memiliki
saham Perseroan dan investasi, Catherine
Hindra Sutjahyo telah melaksanakan opsi
saham yang dimilikinya tersebut dengan
cara memberikan pemberitahuan kepada
GPF dan membayar harga pelaksanaan
kepada GPF. /
As disclosed in the prospectus for the
Company's Initial Public Offering, as part
of the Employee and Consultant Stock
Option Program, GoTo Peopleverse Fund
(“GPF”), which is one of the Company's
shareholders, grants shares options to
employees, consultants, former employees,
members of the Company's Board of
Directors and Board of Commissioners
including Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo as a
member of the Company's Board of
Directors, in which the share option gives
the right to each option holder, to own the
Company's shares which are owned and

managed by GPF.
Furthermore, for the purpose of owning the
Company's shares and investment, Catherine
Hindra Sutjahyo has exercised her share
options by giving notification to GPF and
paying the exercise price to GPF.
