This Public Expose will be attended by members of the Company's Board of Directors and
management. The Public Expose materials will be submitted to IDX no later than three (3)
trading days before the event.

Attached we also provide the rules for the Public Expose as a guidance.

GUIDELINES AND RULES FOR THE PUBLIC EXPOSE

1. The Company's Public Expose will be held on:

2. The Company Public Expose will be conducted in a hybrid format at Melati Room, Wisma
Indocement, and virtually via Microsoft Teams.

The maximum guota for virtual participants is 300 participants. Please ensure that your
internet connection is stable and adeguate to participate in the Company's Public Expose.
Internet speed may affect the guality of your video display.

Participants who will attend the Company's Public Expose onsite at Melati Room. Wisma
Indocement are reguested to arrive no later than 13:45 WIB.

During the Public Expose, participants are reguested to turn off their communication devices
or set them to silent mode to avoid disrupting the event.

. Participants attending the Public Expose onsite may ask guestions directly during the OKA

session. Participants joining virtually may submit guestions through the chat box in the
Microsoft Teams application using the following format:

Selected guestions will be answered by the Company's Management during the Public
Expose.
