Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk KRYA Kembali meraih
kontrak baru dari PLN dan Platinum Group, yang merupakan
pelanggan baru Perseroan. Proyek PLN ini berasal dari anak
usahanya yaitu PT PLN Indonesia Power yang akan kembali
membangun coal dome dengan bentangan lebar 200 meter,
dan memanjang menyambung dengan exisiting 48 meter, di
Kecamatan Adipala, Kabupaten Cilacap, Jawa Tengah dengan
nilai proyek Rp 60,92 miliar. Sedangkan proyek Platium Group
diraih dari PT Surya Multi Cemerlang, untuk pembangunan
pabrik produksi granit line 3 dan line 4 yang berlokasi di
Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur dengan nilai proyek Rp 99,65
miliar. Adapun di bulan Juli 2023 yang lalu KRYA juga berhasil
memenangkan tender proyek perbaikan dermaga Teluk
Gaung dari PelindoHolding yang berlokasi di Kota Padang
dengan nilai Rp 22,64 miliar. Sebelumnya juga di awal tahun
2023, KRYA telah memperoleh kepercayaan untuk menggarap
proyek dari salah satu perusahaan makanan dan minuman
terbesar di Indonesia yakni Wings Group, untuk pembangunan
pabrik nondairy creamer dan milk powder. Nilai proyek
pembangunan awal pabrik WINGS GROUP ini mencapai Rp
14,19 miliar terus bertumbuh dengan tambahan kontrak
addendum sehingga menjadi bernilai Rp 35,18 miliar. Dan
Wings Group juga mempercayakan kembali kepada KRYA
untuk menyelesaikan proyek pembangunan utility dan
warehouse RO senilai Rp 8,25 miliar dan pembangunan tank
farm foundation senilai Rp 3,11 miliar. Maka total kontrak baru
yang diraih KRYA hingga 23 Agustus 2023 adalah sebesar Rp
229,76 miliar. Selain kontrak baru, KRYA juga masih
menjalankan carry over project dari tahun sebelumnya.
Diantara proyek itu, senilai Rp 20,91 miliar merupakan proyek
yang berasal dari pembiayaan BUMN dan Rp 12, 06 miliar
merupakan proyek yang berasal dari pembiayaan perusahaan
swasta. Secara keseluruhan maka proyek yang tengah
ditangani oleh KRYA pada tahun 2023 adalah sebesar Rp
262,73 miliar. Capaian total proyek itu setara dengan 105,82%
dari target RKAP perolehan proyek KRYA untuk sepanjang
tahun 2023 yang mencapai sebesar Rp 248,28 miliar. Dengan
kata lain pada awal Q3 pertumbuhan kontrakKRYA telah
melampaui dari target RKAP 2023. Dalam target penyelesaian
proyek- proyeknya, KRYA selalu memperhatikan dan
mengutamakan kualitas dan ketepatan penyerahan waktu
pekerjaan kepada pemberi kerja, disertai dengan tingkat
keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) level tertinggi,
sehingga dapat memberikan hasil yang memuaskan bagi
semua pihak yang terlibat dan meningkatkan rasa
kepercayaan para klien serta investor dari dalam maupun luar
negeri dengan strategi serta pengembangan bisnis yang
matang.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penambahan nilai kontrak baru secara signifikan dapat
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan menghasilkan peningkatan pendapatan perusahaan. berarti
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, bahwa perusahaan memiliki lebih banyak sumber pendapatan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau untuk mendukung operasional dan pertumbuhan
Perusahaan Publik bisnis.Capaian total proyek itu setara dengan 105,82% dari
target RKAP perolehan proyek KRYA untuk sepanjang tahun
2023 yang mencapai sebesar Rp 248,28 miliar. Dengan kata
lain pada awal Q3 pertumbuhan kontrak KRYA telah
melampaui dari target RKAP 2023.

Description of Material Information or PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk KRYA has again won a
Facts new contract from PLN and the Platinum Group, which are the
Company's new customers. This PLN project originates from
its subsidiary, namely PT PLN Indonesia Power, which will re-
build a coal dome with a width of span 200 meters, and
extends to connect with the existing 48 meters, in Adipala
District, Cilacap Regency, Central Java with a project value of
IDR 60.92 billion. Meanwhile, the Platium Group project was
won from PT Surya Multi Cemerlang, for the construction of
line 3 and line 4 granite production plants located in Sidoarjo
Regency, East Java with a project value of Rp 99.65 billion. As
for last July 2023, KRYA also won the tender for the Gaung
Bay pier repair project from Pelindo Holding which is located in
Padang City with a value of IDR 22.64 billion.Previously also in
early 2023, KRYA had won the trust to work on a project from
one of the largest food and beverage companies in Indonesia,
namely the Wings Group, for the construction of a nondairy
creamer and milk powder factory. The value of the initial
development project for the WINGS GROUP factory reached
Rp. 14.19 billion, which continued to grow with additional
addendum contracts so that it was worth Rp. 35.18 billion. And
the Wings Group also entrusted KRYA to complete the project
for the construction of an RO utility and warehouse worth IDR
8.25 billion and the construction of a tank farm foundation
worth IDR 3.11 billion. So the total new contracts won by
KRYA until 23 August 2023 amounted to IDR 229.76 billion.
Apart from the new contract, KRYA is also still carrying out the
carry over project from the previous year. Among these
projects, Rp. 20.91 billion is a project that comes from BUMN
financing and Rp. 12.06 billion is a project that comes from
private corporate financing. Overall, the project being handled
by KRYA in 2023 is IDR 262.73 billion. The total project
achievement is equivalent to 105.82% of the RKAP target for
obtaining the KRYA project for the whole of 2023 which
reached IDR 248.28 billion. In other words, atthe beginning of
Q3, KRYA's contract growth has exceeded the 2023 RKAP
target. In targeting the completion of its projects, KRYA always
pays attention to and prioritizes the quality and timeliness of
work delivery to employers, along with the highest level of
occupational safety and health (K3), so as to provide
satisfactory results for all parties involved and increase trust.
