     Elnusa Berdikari Energy Village, A Form of
 Sustainable CSR Commitment in Sumengko Village

Jakarta, 22 August 2023 – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), is
realizing a real commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by intensively carrying out sustainable community
development programs by holding the launch of "Desa Energi Berdikari Elnusa Sumengko" (DEBELKO). In a series of
celebrations for Elnusa's 54th Anniversary, the DEBELKO Program Kick off was officially held on August 16, 2023 in
Sumengko Kalitidu Village, Bojonegoro Regency, East Java.

The DEBELKO program aims to develop Sumengko Village into an independent energy center capable of providing real
benefits to the local community. With the principle of development from upstream to downstream, starting from the
type of toga plant which will be harvested from land that is cultivated independently and then processing raw
materials into products that are ready to compete in the market. Sumengko Village was chosen as the location for this
program because it met the criteria of being a fostered village in ring 01 of the Elnusa Kalitidu Warehouse.

The activity, which involved Elnusa officers and residents of Sumengko Village, explained in its launch that DEBELKO is
a form of CSR activity focused on the fields of Economy, Education, Environment and Health. This program is designed
to support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's), especially at numbers 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12,
and 17, which include efforts to reduce poverty, improve health and welfare, provide quality education, promote
gender equality, provide clean and affordable energy, create decent jobs and economic growth, and promote
sustainable consumption and production.

HR & General Director Hera Handayani, expressed her gratitude for the opportunity and time to be able to realize
Elnusa's CSR program, namely the Elnusa Sumengko Berdikari Energy Village. This activity is also part of our gratitude
because Elnusa is already 54 years old. "DEBELKO provides assistance to the Sumengko community in improving Micro,
Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), as well as developing community skills in order to create a sustainable
positive impact," said Hera.

This program does not only focus on providing financial assistance, but also prioritizes skill development and
improvement of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Sumengko Village community. Some of the
main activities initiated in this program include counseling on land management and toga plants, coaching related to
the development of products to be marketed, as well as supervision or monitoring of product marketing.

Hera also added, hopefully the goal of building and developing the economy of Sumengko Village will run smoothly.
"Through this activity, we hope to provide economic benefits and develop the community in Sumengko Village,
including providing assistance, skills training needed and creating job opportunities for local residents," said Hera.

DEBELKO is not only expected to have a positive impact on the Sumengko Village community, but also be able to
provide added value to the Sumengko Village Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) cadres and create sustainable
economic growth. Through good cooperation and collaboration between Elnusa and the local community, this
program is expected to change the face of Sumengko Village to become a real example of how companies can
contribute to supporting sustainable development.
