Referring to the Letter from PT. Indonesia Stock Exchange ("Bursa") numbered S-
06849/BEI.PP3/08-2023 dated August 15, 2023, regarding the Exchange Explanation Reguest,
we submit the following response:
1. What is the background behind the emergence of a Disclaimer?
Answer:
- The emergence of this opinion is guite unfortunate because in fact the Auditor can
maximize his examination by coordinating with the accounting and management of the
Company. One of the reasons for the emergence of this opinion is that the auditor's scope
is still not maximal in auditing the Company's Financial Statements.
- Based on the Auditor's findings which form the basis of the Opinion not Giving Opinion, we
will update the data as of January 1, 2023 as the basis for preparing the June 2023
Financial Statements.
2. Explanation related to the Company's current operational activities?
Answer:
PT. Ratu Prabu Energi, Tbk (the “Company”) and its Subsidiary, namely PT. lekom Maras still
running. The Company as the Parent Company is non-operational (non-producing), business
activities are carried out by our Subsidiary Entity PT. Lekom Maras, where since the end of
2022 we started getting new work contracts from clients, after 2021 we didn't get any work
contracts at all.
3. Explanation regarding employee problems (if any)
Answer:
No problems with employees
4. Explanation regarding the continuity of the Company's business

Other information that is material and influences the investment decisions of Shareholders or the Public. Answer: There isn't any Furthermore, regarding the fulfillment of provisions 11.23 and provisions III.1.18 of Regulation I-E concerning Obligations for Submitting Information, here is our explanation: 1. The Company is reguired to submit an audited Annual Financial Report for the period December 31, 2022 using the XBRL format. Answer: We submitted the Financial Report using the XBRL format on 18 August 2023 at 10.01 WIB. 2. Conducting a Public Expose in order to explain the disclaimer opinion given by the Public Accounting Firm in accordance with provisions 1I1.3.2. Answer: We will hold a Public Expose regarding this matter in conjunction with the day of the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for which we will submit a Notification of the Plan to hold a General Meeting of Shareholders soon. Likewise, we will inform you about the provision of information regarding the timing of the Public Expose after the notification of the plan for the Company's Annual GMS by following provisions 1.3.2.
