Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa lanjutan proses persidangan permohonan PKPU
terhadap Perseroan telah digelar pada hari Senin, tanggal 21
Agustus 2023 dengan dihadiri oleh pihak Kuasa Pemohon
(Mewakili Donny H. Lasmana) dan pihak Kuasa Termohon
(Mewakili Perseroan) dengan agenda putusan sidang dari
Majelis Hakim.
Dalam sidang tersebut, Majelis Hakim menunda pembacaan
putusan sidang menjadi pada hari Kamis, tanggal 24 Agustus
2023.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dapat kami sampaikan bahwa dengan adanya pengajuan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan permohonan PKPU tersebut, tidak memiliki dampak yang
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, signifikan terhadap kegiatan operasional dan kondisi
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau keuangan dari Perseroan.
