Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan kesepakatan bersama antara King Point
Enterprise Co. Ltd. ("King Point") dan Perseroan, Perseroan
memutuskan untuk tidak melanjutkan kerja sama dengan King
Point sebagaimana tercantum dalam Akta Perjanjian Lisensi
No. 17 dan Akta Perjanjian Lisensi No. 18 antara King Point
Enterprise Co. Ltd. dan PT Mitra Angkasa Sejahtera pada
tanggal 27 Agustus 2018 ("Perjanjian Lisensi") serta Perjanjian
Prinsipal Supplier antara King Point Enterprise Co. Ltd. dan PT
Mitra Angkasa Sejahtera tanggal 07 September 2018
sebagaimana diubah dengan Addendum Perjanjian Prinsipal
Supplier antara King Point Enterprise Co. Ltd. dan PT Mitra
Angkasa Sejahtera tanggal 29 Maret 2021 ("Perjanjian
Supplier"). Dengan demikian, Perjanjian Lisensi akan berakhir
pada tanggal 27 Agustus 2023 dan Perjanjian Prinsipal
Supplier tidak lagi berlaku serta berakhir pula hak dan
kewajiban Perseroan sebagai prinsipal supplier eksklusif
merek PATTA dan PTA di wilayah Republik Indonesia.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pengakhiran pemberian hak sebagai prinsipal supplier
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan eksklusif merek PATTA dan PTA tidak memiliki dampak
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, negatif pada kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau maupun keberlangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Material Information or Facts Disclosure Report related to the
Type of Material Information or Facts Right as Exclusive Principal Supplier of PATTA and PTA
Description of Material Information or By mutual consent between King Point Enterprise Co. Ltd.
Facts ("King Point") and the Company, the Company decided not to
renew the cooperation with King Point as stated in the License
Agreement Deed No. 17 and Deed of License Agreement No.
18 between King Point Enterprise Co. Ltd. and PT Mitra
Angkasa Sejahtera on 27 August 2018 ("Deeds") as well as
the Principal Supplier Agreement between King Point
Enterprise Co. Ltd. and PT Mitra Angkasa Sejahtera on 7
September 2018 as amended by the Addendum to the
Principal Supplier Agreement between King Point Enterprise
Co. Ltd. and PT Mitra Angkasa Sejahtera on 29 March 2021
("Principal Supplier Contract"). Thus, the Deeds shall expire on
27 August 2023 and the Principal Supplier Contract shall no
longer be valid, and the rights and obligations of the Company
as the exclusive principal supplier for PATTA and PTA brand in
the territory of the Republic of Indonesia shall come to an end.
Impact of event, material information or The termination of the rights granted as the exclusive principal
facts towards Issuers or Public supplier for PATTA and PTA brand does not have any
Company’s operational activities, legal, negative impact on neither Company's condition of operational
financial condition, or going concern activities, law, and finance, nor business continuity.
Thus to be informed accordingly.
