c. Fasilitas Installment Loan, dengan plafon kredit sebesar
Rp3.500.000.000;
d. Fasilitas Kredit Investasi (takeover dan baru), dengan jumlah plafon
kredit sebesar Rp 345.076.000.000;
Fasilitas tersebut diatas bertujuan untuk mendukung kegiatan usaha
Perseroan.
The Company and PT Bank Central Asia Tbk signed a Credit Agreement
on 18 August 2023 with a loan limit value of Rp 375,076,000,000 (three
hundred seventy-five billion seventy-six million rupiah), and details as
follows:
a. Local Credit Facility (bank overdraft), with a credit ceiling of
Rp10,000,000,000;
b. Seasonal Time Loan Facility with a credit ceiling of Rp16,500,000,000;
c. Installment Loan Facility, with a credit ceiling of Rp3,500,000,000;
d. Investment Credit Facility (takeover and new), with a total credit
ceiling of Rp 345,076,000,000;
The above facilities are intended to support the Company's business
activities.
