Number of shares bought or sold and percentage of Share ownership subseguent to the transaction/ Jumlah saham yang dibeli atau dijual dan persentase kepemilikan saham sesudah transaksi Through the transaction in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, 531,647,001 Series A Shares or representing 0.65”o of GPF”s share ownership in PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk were transferred as part of the GoTo Employee and Consultants Share Ownership Program. Melalui transaksi di Bursa Efek Indonesia telah mengalihkan 531.647.001 Saham Seri A atau sebesar 0,6546 dari kepemilikan saham GPF di dalam PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk sebelum transaksi, sebagai bagian dari pelaksanaan Program Opsi Saham Karyawan dan Konsultan GoTo. Purchase or Sale Price per Shares/Harga Pembelian atau Penjualan Per Saham The transaction price is ranging from Rp. 2/- to Rp. 70/- per share. The shares are based on the exercise prices stated in each share options agreement with participants as mentioned in the GoTo's IPO Prospectus. Harga transaksi adalah berkisar antara Rp. 2,- sampai Rp. 70,- per saham. Harga tersebut merupakan harga pelaksanaan yang diatur dalam setiap perjanjian opsi saham dengan peserta sebagaimana telah disebutkan dalam Prospektus IPO GoTo. Transaction Date/Tanggal Transaksi Transactions carried out through the negotiated market on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 27 July 2023 to 16 August 2023. Transaksi dilaksanakan melalui pasar negosiasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia sejak tanggal 27 Juli 2023 sampai dengan 16 Agustus 2023. Purpose of Transaction/Tujuan dari transaksi Share transfer to participants of Employees and Consultants Shares Ownership Program of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk as mentioned in the GoTo's IPO Prospectus.
