Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sesuai dengan peraturan Peraturan Bursa I-E ketentuan IV.
2.11, mengenai Laporan mengenai kesiapan dana untuk
pelunasan Efek paling lambat 15 (lima belas) Hari Bursa
sebelum Efek jatuh tempo, bersama ini kami sampaikan
penjelasan selengkapnya :
1. Dana untuk pembayaran Pokok Obligasi PT
Polytama Propindo Tahun 2020 Seri B sebesar Rp22.
600.000.000 (dua puluh dua miliar enam ratus juta Rupiah)
dan Pokok Sukuk Ijarah PT Polytama Propindo Tahun 2020
Seri B sebesar Rp5.550.000.000 (lima miliar lima ratus lima
puluh juta Rupiah) yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 9
September 2023, tersedia pada saat akan jatuh tempo sesuai
ketentuan yaitu pada tanggal 7 Setember 2023.
2. Sumber dana yang akan digunakan untuk
pembayaran obligasi tersebut berasal dari dana internal
Perseroan.
3. Sampai saat ini tidak ada keputusan atau hal penting
lainnya yang dilakukan oleh manajemen terkait hal-hai
tersebut diatas.
Demikian hal ini disampaikan, atas perhatian dan
kerjasamanya kami ucapkan terima kasih.

Description of Material Information or According to Regulation I-E Exchange Regulation Article
Facts IV.2.11 regarding the Report on the readiness of funds for the
settlement of Securities no later than 15 (fifteen) Exchange
Days before the Securities mature, we hereby provide further
explanation:
1. Funds for the payment of the Principal of PT Polytama
Propindo's 2020 Series B Bonds in the amount of IDR
22,600,000,000 (twenty-two billion six hundred million Rupiah)
and the Principal of PT Polytama Propindo's 2020 Series B
Ijarah Sukuk in the amount of IDR 5,550,000,000 (five billion
five hundred fifty million Rupiah), which will mature on
September 9, 2023, will be available on the due date as
stipulated, namely on September 7, 2023.
2. The source of funds to be used for the payment of these
bonds is from the Company's internal funds.
3. Up to this point, there have been no decisions or other
significant matters taken by management regarding the above-
mentioned items.
We hereby convey this matter, and we express our gratitude
for your attention and cooperation.
