Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta
material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau
keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam
Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015
Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Atau Fakta Material Oleh
Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik.

Penjelasan Perseroan :
Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta
material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau
keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam
Peraturan Nomor I-E: Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi
ketentuan butir point IV.1 hingga IV.2.1 Lampiran Keputusan
Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021,
selain Informasi Penambahan Modal Hak Memesan Efek
Terlebih Dahulu IV (PMHMETD IV).

dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta
kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan

Penjelasan Perseroan :
Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang
saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas
Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan
Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham
Perusahaan Terbuka.
5) Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan
tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana
korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham
Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?
Penjelasan Perseroan :
Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan

korporasi dalam waktu dekat termasuk rencana korporasi yang
akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di
Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang).
Apabila dikemudian hari terdapat informasi/fakta/kejadian
penting lainnya yang material maka perseroan akan
mengungkapkannya kepada Publik.
6) Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan
kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.
Penjelasan Perseroan :
Perseroan melalui Corporate Secretary telah menanyakan
kepada pemegang saham utama dan pemegang saham
utama menyampaikan bahwa saat ini belum memiliki rencana
untuk menambah dan atau mengurangi kepemilikan
sahamnya di Perseroan.
