menerima Fasilitas Pinjaman Promes Berulang
(“PBB”) yang mengacu kepada Perjanjian
Kredit Nomor: 91/PK/CDU1/2023 dengan nilai
IDR 500,000,000,000,- dan Perjanjian Transaksi
Valuta Asing ("PTVA”)
92/PTVA/CDU1/2023 dengan
nilai

USD
6,000,000,- PBB dan PTVA ditandatangani
antara PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk
(“Maybank”) dan PT Indonesia Infrastructure
Finance (“IF”).
Fasilitas tersebut berlaku efektif sejak tanggal
28 Juli 2023, dimana hingga saat ini IIF belum
melakukan penarikan.

No. 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding Disclosure of Information
or Material Facts by Issuer or Public Companies, we
hereby submit the following matters:
PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance has received
Revolving Credit Facility (“RCF”) which refers to
the Agreement on Credit Agreement Number :
91/PK/CDU1/2023 for the amount of IDR
500.000.000.000 and Forex Line Facility
Agreement (FLFA) Number: 92/PTVA/CDU1/2023
with a value of USD 6.000.000 between PT Bank
Maybank Indonesia Tbk (Maybank) and PT
Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF).
The Facility is effective as of 28 July 2023, until
now IIF has not made any drawdowns.
