   Chandra Asri Group Wins Multiple Honours at the FinanceAsia
                            Awards

Jakarta, March 11, 2026 - Chandra Asri Group is pleased to have been recognised with
multiple prestigious honors at the FinanceAsia Awards in Hong Kong, underscoring the
company’s continued leadership in financial excellence, strategic execution, and capital
markets innovation across Asia.

The categories won include Best M&A, Best CFO, and Highly Commended Syndicated
Loan Deal in Singapore. The landmark USD 1 billion sustainability-linked term loan facility
was also awarded the Best Sustainability-Linked Loan at The Asset Triple A Sustainable
Finance Awards 2026 (Singapore category) recently.

These awards highlight Chandra Asri’s strong performance in navigating complex market
conditions while advancing its long-term strategy to build an integrated platform spanning
Energy, Chemicals, and Infrastructure. The recognition also reflects the confidence of global
investors and financial institutions in the company’s disciplined financial management and
strategic growth initiatives.
