yang dibacakan oleh Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Niaga pada
Pengadilan Negeri Surabaya pada hari Selasa, 08 Agustus
2023 di dalam persidangan yang terbuka untuk umum PT
Prima Alloy Steel Universal, Tbk telah dinyatakan berada
dalam Masa Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang
Sementara (PKPUS) selama 45 (empat puluh lima) hari
terhitung sejak tanggal putusan Perkara.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang ini
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan belum berdampak langsung pada kegiatan operasional,

which was read out by the Panel of Judges of the Commercial
Court at the Surabaya District Court on Tuesday, 08 August
2023 in a trial open to the public PT Prima Alloy Steel
Universal, Tbk has been declared to be in the Temporary
Suspension of Obligations for Payment of Debt (PKPUS) for
45 (forty five) days from the date of the decision of the case.
