Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam
Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap
Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka.
Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk
rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam
5 3 bulan mendatang)?
Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap
pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa dalam waktu dekat.
Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini,
mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam
6 menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.
Sampai saat ini tidak ada rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan
sahamnya di Perseroan.

The Company has no plans to take corporate actions which will result in the listing of the Company's shares
on the Stock Exchange in the near future.
The main shareholder's plan is related to their share ownership in the Company. In this case, kindly ask the
Corporate Secretary to ask the main shareholder in advance in answering the confirmation.
