Perseroan merujuk pada Keterbukaan Informasi
Perseroan No. 073/CSDSS-06/2023 tanggal 19 Juni
2023 berikut lampiran-lampirannya (“Keterbukaan
Informasi 19 Juni 2023”). Istilah-istilah yang digunakan
dalam keterbukaan informasi ini memiliki arti
sebagaimana diberikan dalam Keterbukaan Informasi 19
Juni 2023.
Pada tanggal 16 Agustus 2023, Perseroan telah
melakukan pembelian kembali sebanyak 15.100.000
saham dengan nilai saham sebesar
Rp724.800.000.000. Laporan Hasil Pelaksanaan
Pembelian Kembali Saham adalah sebagaimana
terlampir.
Melalui transaksi ini, Perseroan memiliki total sebanyak
31.100.000 saham treasuri.
Perseroan akan melakukan Pembelian Kembali Saham
secara bertahap selama Periode Pembelian Kembali
Saham dan akan melakukan keterbukaan informasi

June 19, 2023”). The terms used in this information
disclosure have the meaning as set out in the Information
Disclosure June 19, 2023.
On August 16, 2023, the Company bought back
15,100,000 shares with the value of Rp724,800,000,000.
The report on the Result of the Implementation of Share
Buyback is attached.
Through this transaction, the Company holds 81,100,000
treasury shares in total.
The Company will execute the Share Buyback in stages
during the Share Buyback Period and will announce
another information disclosure in the event that the
Company has executed the next stage of the Share
Buyback.
