The Company signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement (PPJB) for land and
building located in Parahyangan Eco Business Park, with a total area of
1,835m2 with the developer who is a third party.
The payment will be made in partially and after settlement of payment
will be carried out the signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (AJB).

5. Informasi lain-lainNilai keseluruhan transaksi adalah lebih rendah dari 20% (dua puluh
persen) dari ekuitas Perseroan berdasarkan laporan keuangan terakhir

tentang Transaksi Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha (POJK
No.17/2020). Dengan demikian transaksi ini bukan merupakan Transaksi
Material sebagaimana dimaksud dalam POJK No.17/2020.
Transaksi ini bukan merupakan Transaksi Afiliasi sebagaimana diatur dalam
Peraturan OJK No.42/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Afiliasi dan
Transaksi Benturan Kepentingan mengingat tidak adanya hubungan afiliasi
antara Perseroan dan pihak pengembang serta Transaksi yang mengandung
Benturan Kepentingan.
The total value of the transaction is lower than 20% (twenty percent) of
the Company's equity based on the Company's latest financial statements
as stipulated in OJK Regulation No.17/POJK.04/2020 concerning Material
Transactions and Changes in Business Activities (POJK No.17/2020). Thus
this transaction is not a Material Transaction as referred to in POJK
No.17/2020.
This transaction is not an Affiliated Transaction as stipulated in OJK
Regulation No.42/POJK.04/2020 concerning Affiliated Transactions and
Conflict of Interest Transactions considering that there is no affiliated
relationship between the Company and the developer and Transactions
containing Conflict of Interest.
