Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Merujuk kepada surat dari PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. S-
06653/BEI.PP3/08-2023 tanggal 10 Agustus 2023 perihal
Permintaan Penjelasan, dapat kami sampaikan bahwa setelah
kami mendapatkan surat dari Bursa, kami melakukan
pemeriksaan ulang terkait Laporan Keuangan yang telah kami
submit menggunakan XBRL, dan hasil dari pemeriksaan
tersebut, Kami mendapatkan sedikit perbedaan pada Laporan
XBRL Periode 31 Desember 2022 dengan Audit Report
(Perbedaan minor karena reklas) sehingga kami akan
melakukan update/koreksi Laporan XBRL Periode 31
Desember 2022 terlebih dahulu untuk disesuaikan dengan
audit report.
Oleh sebab itu, melalui surat ini kami ingin meminta kebijakan
dari Ibu selaku Kepala Divisi Penilaian Perusahaan 3, agar
dapat memberikan perpanjangan waktu kepada Kami untuk
menjawab Permintaan Penjelasan dari PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia melalui surat tersebut di atas serta melakukan
koreksi atas Laporan XBRL paling lambat pada Jumat, 18
Agustus 2023.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta -
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Financial Statements
Description of Material Information or Referring to the letter from PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. S-
Facts 06653/BEI.PP3/08-2023 dated August 10, 2023 regarding
Request for Explanation, we can convey that after we received
a letter from the Exchange, we conducted a re-examination
related to the Financial Statements that we have submitted
using XBRL, and as a result of the examination, we got a slight
difference in the XBRL Report for the Period of December 31,
2022 with the Audit Report (minor difference due to
reclassiveness) so that we will update/correct the XBRL Report
for the Period of December 31, 2022 first to be adjusted to the
audit report.
Therefore, through this letter, we would like to request a policy
from you as the Head of Company Valuation Division 3, in
order to provide an extension of time for us to answer the
Explanation Request from PT Bursa Efek Indonesia through
the letter above and make corrections to the XBRL Report no
later than Friday, August 18, 2023.
Thus we submit this request letter, thank you for your attention
and policy.
