KETERBUKAAN INFORMASI
PENJELASAN ATAS PEMBERITAAN DI MEDIA MASSA
Berikut penjelasan atas informasi material perihal Permintaan Penjelasan Atas Pemberitaan di
Media Massa:
Sehubungan dengan adanya kejadian terhadap Gedung GRHA WISMILAK, yang berlokasi di Jl
Raya Darmo 36-38 Surabaya, dengan ini Manajemen PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk (Manajemen
Wismilak) menyatakan hal-hal sebagai berikut:
1. Gedung Grha Wismilak yang berlokasi di Jl Raya Darmo 36-38 Surabaya, telah dibeli
oleh PT Gelora Djaja pada tahun 1993 secara sah dengan status bersertifikat, sesuai
mekanisme hukum dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku;
2. Gedung GRHA WISMILAK telah digunakan sebagai kantor administrasi Perusahaan
sejak tahun 1993 hingga saat ini dengan status sewa, dan selama periode waktu tersebut
tidak ada permasalahan hukum yang terjadi menyangkut kepemilikan gedung;
3. Pada hari Senin 14 Agustus 2023, Kepolisian Daerah Jawa Timur telah melakukan
tindakan penggeledahan dan usaha penyitaan Gedung Grha Wismilak yang masih aktif
beroperasi sebagai kantor administrasi;
4. Manajemen Wismilak membenarkan berita yang menyangkut tindakan penggeledahan
dan usaha penyitaan yang dilakukan Kepolisian Daerah Jawa Timur;
5. Manajemen Wismilak beserta seluruh karyawan Wismilak sangat menyesali dan merasa
sangat dirugikan terkait tindakan penggeledahan dan usaha penyitaan yang dilakukan.
Saat ini Manajemen Wismilak telah menempuh jalur hukum dan seluruh permasalahan
menyangkut kejadian terhadap Gedung GRHA WISMILAK saat ini telah ditangani oleh
Tim Kuasa Hukum PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk;
6. Manajemen Wismilak memastikan bahwa seluruh kegiatan operasional Wismilak tetap
berjalan sebagaimana mestinya.

EXPLANATION OF NEWS COVERAGE IN MASS MEDIA
The following is an official statement regarding the Request for Explanation of News Coverage
in Mass Media:
The Management of PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk (Wismilak Management) hereby provides the
information regarding the incident at the GRHA WISMILAK building, located at Jl Raya Darmo
36-38 Surabaya, as follows:
1. Grha Wismilak building located at Jl Raya Darmo 36-38 Surabaya, has been legally
acquired by PT Gelora Djaja in 1993 with certified status, in accordance with the
mechanism of applicable laws and regulations;
2. The GRHA WISMILAK building has been used as the administrative office of the
Company since 1993 to date with a lease status, and during this period, no legal issues
have occurred regarding the ownership of the building;
3. On Monday, August 14, 2023, the East Java Regional Police conducted a search and
seizure of the Grha Wismilak building, which is still actively used as an administrative
office of the company;
4. Wismilak management confirmed the news regarding the search and seizure efforts
conducted by the East Java Regional Police;
5. Wismilak Management and all Wismilak employees deeply regret and are greatly
disadvantaged by the search and seizure actions. At present, Wismilak management has
resorted to legal channels and all issues related to the incident at GRHA WISMILAK
building is currently being resolved by the legal team of PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk;
6. Wismilak Management ensures that all operational activities of the company continue as
usual.

we need to communicate.
