Pada tanggal 15 Agustus 2023, Perseroan telah melakukan pembelian kembali sebanyak 16.000.000 saham dengan nilai saham sebesar Rp768.000.000.000. Laporan Hasil Pelaksanaan Pembelian Kembali Saham adalah sebagaimana terlampir. Melalui transaksi ini, Perseroan memiliki sebanyak 16.000.000 saham treasuri. On August 15, 2023, the Company bought back
16,000,000 shares with the value of Rp768,000,000,000.
The report on the Result of the Implementation of Share
Buyback is attached.
Through this transaction, the Company holds 16,000,000
treasury shares.
The Company will execute the Share Buyback in stages
during the Share Buyback Period and will issue the
announcement in the event that the Company has
executed the next stage of the Share Buyback.
