Mengacu pada surat PT Adimitra Jasa Korpora nomor OPR-0860/AJK/052026 tanggal 12 Mei 2026 perihal
Pencatatan Penambahan Saham Hasil Exercise Waran Seri I PT ITSEC ASIA,Tbk., maka pada tanggal 13
Mei 2026 terdapat pencatatan saham tambahan Perseroan yang berasal dari hasil pelaksanaan Waran Seri
I PT ITSEC Asia Tbk (CYBR-W) dengan jumlah sebanyak 2.050 saham, sehingga menyisakan CYBR-W
yang belum dilaksanakan sebesar 221.331.654 waran, dan menyebabkan jumlah saham tercatat Perseroan
menjadi sebanyak 6.732.610.448 saham. Selanjutnya, mengacu pada surat Perseroan nomor
1034/ADM/ITSECASIA/V/2026 tanggal 12 Mei 2026 dan surat Perseroan nomor
1033/ADM/ITSECASIA/V/2026 tanggal 12 Mei 2026, maka tanggal 13 Mei 2026 juga merupakan tanggal
mulai perdagangan saham Perseroan dengan nilai nominal baru di Pasar Reguler dan Negosiasi, sehingga
saham Perseroan semula sebanyak 6.732.610.448 saham (sudah termasuk pencatatan saham tambahan
hasil pelaksanaan CYBR-W yang dicatatkan tanggal 13 Mei 2026) menjadi 13.465.220.896 saham, sebagai
akibat dari stock split dengan rasio 1 : 2. Selain itu, sebagai akibat pemecahan nilai nominal saham
Perseroan, sisa CYBR-W yang belum dilaksanakan disesuaikan dari 221.331.654 waran menjadi
442.663.308 waran, dan harga pelaksanaan CYBR-W disesuaikan dari Rp400 per saham menjadi Rp200
per saham.

Referring to the letter from PT Adimitra Jasa Korpora number OPR-0860/AJK/052026 dated May 12, 2026
regarding the Listing of Additional Shares Resulting from the Exercise of Series I Warrants of PT ITSEC
ASIA Tbk., on May 13, 2026 there will be a listing of additional shares of the Company originating from the
exercise of PT ITSEC Asia Tbk Series I Warrants (CYBR-W) amounting to 2,050 shares. As a result, the
remaining unexercised CYBR-W warrants will total 221,331,654 warrants, and the total number of the
Company s listed shares will become 6,732,610,448 shares. Furthermore, referring to the Company s letter
number 1034/ADM/ITSECASIA/V/2026 dated May 12, 2026 and the Company s letter number
1033/ADM/ITSECASIA/V/2026 dated May 12, 2026, May 13, 2026 will also mark the commencement date
for trading of the Company s shares with the new nominal value in the Regular and Negotiation Markets.
Accordingly, the Company s shares, previously totaling 6,732,610,448 shares (including the additional
shares resulting from the exercise of CYBR-W listed on May 13, 2026), will become 13,465,220,896 shares
as a result of a stock split with a ratio of 1:2. In addition, as a consequence of the stock split, the remaining
unexercised CYBR-W warrants will be adjusted from 221,331,654 warrants to 442,663,308 warrants, and
the exercise price of CYBR-W will be adjusted from IDR 400 per share to IDR 200 per share.
