Pasal 4 Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) No. 29 Tahun 1999, dengan penjelasan sebagai berikut: - Melakukan
Partial Delisting atas saham milik PT Bumi Indawa Niaga sebesar 125.000.000 saham 2. Dengan demikian,
jumlah saham Perseroan yang tidak dicatatkan dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan tersebut menjadi
sebesar 417.327.000 Saham (1,10%). Berikut rincian pihak dan jumlah saham Perseroan yang tidak
dicatatkan tersebut: - Saham milik PT Anugrah Cipta Mould sebesar 132.327.000 saham (0,35%); dan -
Saham milik PT Bumi Indawa Niaga sebesar 285.000.000 saham (0,75%).

Performed partial write-off of shares owned by PT Bumi Indawa Niaga as many as 125,000,000 shares 2.
Thus, the number of shares of the Company that are not listed in order to comply with these provisions is
417,327,000 shares (1.10%). The following are the details of the parties and the number of shares of the
Company that are not listed: - Shares owned by PT Anugrah Cipta Mold as many as 132,327,000 shares
(0.35%); and - Shares owned by PT Bumi Indawa Niaga as many as 285,000,000 shares (0.75%).
