Type of Material Readiness of Funds for Payment of Principal and Fourth Interest of Information or Facts Continuation Bonds III Merdeka Copper Gold Phase III Year 2022 Series A 3. | Uraian Informasi atau Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah menyediakan Fakta Material dana untuk pelunasan pokok dan bunga keempat Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap III Tahun 2022 Seri A yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 8 September 2023 dengan tingkat bunga tetap sebesar 5,5096 (lima koma lima nol persen) per tahun. Dana tersebut akan dibayarkan kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) sebelum tanggal 8 September 2023. Description of Material We would like to inform that the Company has prepared funds for the Information or Facts bayment of the principal and fourth interest of Continuation Bonds III Merdeka Copper Gold Phase III Year 2022 Series A which will be matured on 8 September 2023 with a fixed interest rate at the amount of5.50K (five point five zero per cent) peryear.
