PENGUNDURAN DIRI ANGGOTA DIREKSI
PT CIMB NIAGA AUTO FINANCE
Merujuk pada:
1. Peraturan OJK Nomor 33/POJK.04/2014 tentang Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten atau Perusahaan
Publik (POJK No.33/2014);
2. Peraturan OJK Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi atas Fakta Material oleh
Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik (POJK No.31/2015).
Bersama ini kami informasikan bahwa PT CIMB NIAGA AUTO FINANCE (Perseroan) telah menerima surat
pengunduran diri salah satu anggota Direksi Perseroan Bapak Danis V. Bimawan pada tanggal 9 Agustus
2023.
Sesuai dengan Pasal 8 ayat (3) POJK No.33/2014, permohonan pengunduran diri tersebut akan diputuskan
dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan paling lambat 90 (sembilan puluh) hari setelah
diterimanya permohonan pengunduran diri tersebut.
