Perseroan.
Harga pelepasan saham adalah Rp424/lembar saham.
Pembeli dari saham Treasury Stock milik Perseroan adalah PT
Kharisma Nusantara Timur, suatu perseroan terbatas yang
didirikan berdasarkan hukum Republik Indonesia, yang
bergerak di bidang Aktivitas Konsultasi Manajemen lainnya.
PT Kharisma Nusantara Timur bukan merupakan afiliasi dari
Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Mengingat proses negosiasi memerlukan waktu yang terbatas
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan serta memperhatikan kondisi pasar, keterbukaan informasi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, yang seharusnya dilakukan sebelum transaksi, tidak dapat
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kami sampaikan. Kami sampaikan setelah transaksi terjadi.

Treasury Stock is PT Kharisma Nusantara Timur, a limited
liability company established under the laws of the Republic of
Indonesia, which is engaged in which is engaged in other
Management Consulting Activities.
PT Kharisma Nusantara Timur, is not an affiliate of the
Company.
