dengan PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk atas tambahan fasilitas
kredit dari Bank dengan total jumlah sebesar
Rp.500.000.000.000,- (lima ratus miliar), dengan rincian
sebagai berikut :
1.Fasilitas Kredit Investasi dengan jumlah pokok sebesar
Rp.150.000.000.000,- (seratus lima puluh miliar
Rupiah)
2.Fasilitas Installment Loan (I/L) dengan jumlah pokok sebesar
Rp.250.000.000.000,- (dua ratus lima puluh
miliar Rupiah dan
3.Fasilitas kredit jangka pendek yang tidak mengikat
(uncommited facility) berupa Pinjaman Berjangka
Money Market (PBMM) dengan jumlah pokok sebesar
Rp.100.000.000.000,- (seratus miliar Rupiah) yang
dimana untuk penambahan modal kerja Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak kepada Perseroan atas tambahan fasilitas kredit yang
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan diterima dari Bank:
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, 1. Pembelian unit kendaraan untuk disewakan kepada
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau pelanggan Perseroan; dan
Perusahaan Publik 2. Revenue/pendapatan Perseroan meningkat sehingga
kegiatan usaha Perseroan berkembang.

Facts Central Asia, Tbk for additional credit facility from the Bank
with a total amount of Rp.500.000.000.000,- (five hundred
billion), with the following details:
1. Investment Credit Facility with a principal amount of
Rp.150.000.000.000,- (one hundred and fifty billion
Rupiah)
2. Installment Loan Facility (I/L) with a principal amount of
Rp.250.000.000.000,- (two hundred and fifty
billion Rupiah) and
3.Uncommitted short-term credit facility in the form of a
Pinjaman Berjangka Money Market (PBMM) with a
principal amount of Rp.100.000.000.000,- (one hundred
billion Rupiah) for the purpose of the Company
working capital.
