Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material - Melanjutkan pelaporan sebelumnya hingga saat ini tidak
terdapat perubahan informasi atas kondisi Perseroan
sebagaimana telah disampaikan sebelumnya dan disebutkan
pada butir 2 (dua) huruf a.
- Adanya Pandemi Covid-19 secara tidak langsung turut
mempengaruhi kegiatan operasional PT Indonesia Kendaraan
Terminal Tbk. (IPCC). Meredanya Pandemi Covid-19 dan
dibukanya berbagai pembatasan kegiatan usaha membuat
aktivitas manufaktur kendaraan dan logistik kembali meningkat
sehingga berimbas positif pada meningkatnya aktivitas
bongkar muat kendaraan di Terminal IPCC.
- Industri pelabuhan merupakan sektor kritikal yang bidang
usahanya berkaitan dengan logistik, sehingga IPCC sebagai
bagian dari BUMN PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) yang
menjalankan kegiatan usahanya berhubungan dengan logistik
dan pelabuhan berupaya agar seluruh pengguna jasa tetap
memperoleh pelayanan jasa kepelabuhanan sesuai kebutuhan
masing-masing.
- Secara keseluruhan jumlah kargo kendaraan yang dilayani
sepanjang bulan Juli 2023 cenderung variatif pada berbagai
segmen kargo. Tercatat, total kargo kendaraan CBU di
Lapangan Internasional di bulan Juli 2023 ditangani sebanyak
37.511 unit, lebih rendah 12,73% MoM dari bulan sebelumnya;
Alat Berat (termasuk Bus/Truck) sebanyak 1.305 unit, lebih
tinggi 86,52% MoM; dan General Cargo sebanyak 6.316 M3,
lebih rendah 27,47% MoM. Kondisi pada Terminal Domestik
juga tercatat variatif dimana CBU sebanyak 28.511 unit, naik
11,45% MoM; Alat Berat sebanyak 6.418 unit dan General
Cargo sebanyak 4.664 M3 dimana masing-masing lebih tinggi
5,59% MoM dan lebih rendah 11,32% MoM dibandingkan
pencapaian yang sama di bulan sebelumnya.
- Meski demikian IPCC memastikan kepada seluruh
pelanggannya bahwa sampai dengan saat ini kegiatan usaha
dan pelayanan IPCC masih tetap beroperasi normal sebagai
upaya mempertahankan kelancaran arus logistik dan bongkar
muat kendaraan.
- Upaya tersebut dijalankan dengan strategi pembagian shift
bergilir bagi petugas operasional dengan dibekali Alat
Pelindung Diri (APD) operasi yang terstandardisasi dan
tambahan pelindung, yang salah satunya berupa masker
untuk pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19.

Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta - IPCC tidak melakukan penghentian ataupun pembatasan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional dengan adanya Pandemi Covid-19 dimana
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, operasi lapangan dan dermaga tetap berjalan.

Perusahaan Publik - Untuk tenaga operasional yang bekerja di lapangan selalu
menjalankan prosedur kerja dengan: cek suhu badan sebelum
mulai kerja, memakai masker, jaga jarak, menggunakan
sarung tangan, dan bagi pekerja yang sedang sakit tidak
diperkenankan untuk masuk sebelum menunjukan hasil PCR-
Swab Test, melakukan penyemprotan disinfektan ke seluruh
ruangan secara rutin, dan mengeluarkan surat edaran kepada
semua mitra yang bekerja di area IPCC, wajib menunjukkan
hasil Swab Antigen test negatif/non reaktif covid serta hasil
PCR-Swab test negatif serta telah terdaftar pada Aplikasi
SATUSEHAT saat memasuki wilayah kantor IPCC.
- Dari sisi hukum, hingga kini tidak ada kasus / permasalahan
hukum yang terjadi di IPCC selama Pandemi Covid-19.
- Dari sisi keuangan, terlihat mulai terdapat perbaikan dengan
normalnya pengiriman kargo kendaraan ke Terminal IPCC.

Description of Material Information or - Continuing the previous reporting, up to now there has been

- The existence of Covid-19 Pandemic indirectly affected the
operational activities of PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal
Tbk. (IPCC). The easing of Covid Pandemic and reopening
any kinds of restriction in business activities making the car
manufacturing and logistic activities begin to increase so that
give positive impact to the increase of loading-unloading
activities in IPCC s Terminal.
- The port industry is the critical sector which the main
business is related to logistic activities, so that is way IPCC as
a part of SoE PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) or Pelindo
which carry out the business activities related to logistic and
port strive to all the service users still continue to receive port
services according to their respective needs.
- Overall, the number of car cargo served during July 2023 was
tend to be varied in any kinds of cargo. It was noted that the
total of CBU cargo in the International Terminal at July 2023
was handled at 37.511 units, turn down as much as 12,73%
MoM from the previous month. Heavy equipment (including
Bus or Truck) as many as 1.305 units, higher to 86,52% MoM;
and General Cargo as many as 6.316 M3, lower to 27,47%
MoM. The terminal services condition in Domestic Terminal
also tend to be varied where CBU was handled as many as
28.511 units, higher to 11,45% MoM; Heavy equipment as
many as 6.418 units and General Cargo was at 4.664 M3
where each has higher at 5,59% MoM and lower 11,32% MoM
compared to the achievement in the previous month.
- Nevertheless the IPCC ensures to all its customers that until
now the business activities and services of IPCC still operating
normally in an effort to maintain the smooth flow of logistics
and loading and unloading of vehicles.
- The effort was carried out with a shift strategy for operational
officers equipped with standardized Personal Protective
Equipment (PPE) operations and protective additions to
prevent the spread of Covid-19 which one of those things, use
mask to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

spraying disinfectant to all locations of the room as routines,
and issued a circular to all partners who work in the IPCC
area, must show covid negative Antigen-Swab test and also
negative PCR-Swab Test results and also has registered on
SATUSEHAT application (apps) when entering the IPCC office
area.
- From a legal side, until now no legal cases or problems
occurred at the IPCC during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
- From the financial side, it is seen increase with the normal
cargo handling activities to the IPCC s Terminal.
