November 2012 yang menindaklanjuti Surat Edaran Ketua
Bapepam dan LK Nomor SE-02/BL/2009 tanggal 10 Maret
2009 perihal Laporan Data Hutang/Kewajiban Perusahaan
dalam Valuta Asing dan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan data
tentang hutang/kewajiban dalam valuta asing yang lebih
informatif

November 14, 2012 which follows up on Circular Letter of the
Chairman of Bapepam and LK Number SE-02/BL/2009 dated
March 10, 2009 regarding Data Reports on Company
Debts/Liability in Foreign Currency and to meet the need for
more informative data on debt/liabilities in foreign currencies.
We hereby submit the Debt / Liabilities Data Report in Foreign
Exchange for July 2023.
