Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Description of Material Information or Facts 1. Mengacu kepada Keterbukaan Informasi Perseroan tertanggal 31 Juli 2023, Perseroan bermaksud melakukan perpanjangan periode Pembelian Kembali Saham selama 3 bulan terhitung sejak tanggal 1 1. Referring to the Company's Information Disclosures dated July 31, 2023, the Company intends to extend the Shares Repurchase period for 3 months from August 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023.

Pembelian Kembali Saham untuk periode sebagaimana yang dimaksud pada angka 1 diatas, telah berlangsung selama 4 (empat hari) yaitu sejak tanggal 1 Agustus sampai dengan 4 Agustus 2023. 3. Pada tanggal 4 Agustus 2023, OJK menyampaikan salinan Peraturan OJK Nomor 13/POJK.04/2023 (POJK 13/2023) kepada Perseroan. 4. Mengacu kepada Pasal 20 POJK 13/2023 yang mencabut dan menyatakan tidak berlaku lagi atas: - Peraturan OJK Nomor 2/POJK.04/2013 (POJK 2/2013) perihal Pembelian Kembali Saham yang Dikeluarkan oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik Dalam Kondisi Pasar yang Berfluktuasi Secara Signifikan: dan Ketentuan peraturan pelaksanaan mengenai kondisi lain sebagai kondisi pasar yang berfluktuasi secara signifikan dalam pelaksanaan pembelian kembali saham oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik, serta berdasarkan surat OJK Nomor S-1830/PM.21/2023 tertanggal 8 Agustus 2023, maka Keterbukaan Informasi Perseroan tertanggal 31 Juli 2023 dibatalkan dan Pembelian Kembali Saham Perseroan sebagaimana dimaksud pada angka 1 dan 2 diatas telah berakhir. 5. Secara keseluruhan jumlah saham yang telah dibeli kembali oleh Perseroan berdasarkan POJK 2/2013 dan Surat Edaran OJK Nomor 3/SEOJK.04/2020 sampai dengan tanggal 4 Agustus 2023 adalah sebanyak 1.284.502.100 saham yang mewakili 14,8994 dari jumlah modal disetor Perseroan, dengan jumlah dana yang telah digunakan sebesar Rp 513.894.515.704. 2. The Shares Repurchase for the period as referred to in number 1 above, has been carried out for 4 (four days), from August 1 to August 4, 2023. 3. On August 4, 2023, OJK submitted a copy of OJK Regulation Number 13/POJK.04/2023 (POJK 13/2023) to the Company. 4. Pursuant to Article 20 of POJK 13/2023 that revokes and declares no longer valid to: - OJK Regulation Number 2/POJK.04/2013 (POJK 2/2013) regarding the Shares Repurchase Issued by Issuers or Public Companies in the Market Conditions that Fluctuates Significantly: and - Provisions of implementing regulations regarding other conditions as market condition that fluctuates significantly in the implementation of shares repurchase by Issuers or Public Companies, and based on OJK letter Number S- 1830/PM.21/2023 dated August 8, 2023, therefore the Company's Information Disclosures dated July 31, 2023 is cancelled and the Company's Shares Repurchase as referred to in numbers 1 and 2 above has ended. 5.
