Agustus 2023, CV Tri Tunggal Mandiri telah mencabut
permohonan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang
(PKPU) atas BCI pada Pengadilan Niaga Jakarta di Jakarta
Pusat, yang pendaftaran permohonan telah diterima pada
tanggal 16 Juni 2023 oleh Pengadilan Niaga Jakarta Pusat
dengan perkara Nomor 175/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2023/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. untuk BCI sebagai Termohon
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pencabutan permohonan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Utang ini tidak berdampak langsung pada kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, operasional, kondisi Keuangan, hukum maupun kelangsungan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau usaha BCI.

Description of Material Information or In accordance with the trial for Suspension of Debt Payment
Facts Obligations (PKPU) for the subsidiary PT Golden Platation
(Company), namely PT Bailangu Capital Investment (BCI) on
August 1, 2023, the results of which are listed in the Case
Tracing Information System (SIPP ) on August 7, 2023, CV Tri
Tunggal Mandiri has revoked the application for Postponement
of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) for BCI at the Jakarta
Commercial Court in Central Jakarta, which application
registration was received on June 16, 2023 by the Central
Jakarta Commercial Court with Case Number 175/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2023/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. for BCI as PKPU Respondent.
Impact of event, material information or The revocation of the request for Postponement of Debt
facts towards Issuers or Public Payment Obligations does not have a direct impact on
Company’s operational activities, legal, operational activities, financial conditions, law or business
financial condition, or going concern continuity of BCI
