1. Angka 963.946.663 yang disebutkan pada Bagian Informasi Saham Free float , Kolom Jumlah Saham Bulan Ini
adalah mengacu pada:
A. definisi Saham Free Float sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Bursa Efek Indonesia No. I-A, yaitu Saham Free
Float adalah saham yang:
1) dimiliki oleh pemegang saham kurang dari 5% (lima perseratus) dari seluruh saham tercatat;
2) bukan dimiliki oleh Pengendali dan Afiliasi dari perusahaan;
3) bukan dimiliki oleh anggota dewan komisaris atau anggota direksi; dan
4) bukan saham yang telah dibeli kembali oleh perusahaan.
B. penjelasan Bursa yang menginformasikan bahwa Saham Free Float hanya mencakup saham tanpa warkat
(scripless).
2. Peraturan Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor I-E mewajibkan Perseroan menyampaikan informasi mengenai nama
penerima manfaat akhir (ultimate beneficial ownership) Perseroan. Merujuk pada ketentuan mengenai pemilik
manfaat sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia No. 13 Tahun 2018 ("Perpres") dan
peraturan pelaksananya:
A. tidak terdapat individu yang memenuhi kriteria Pemilik Manfaat Perseroan sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan
Presiden No. 13/2018 tentang Penerapan Prinsip Mengenali Pemilik Manfaat Dari Korporasi Dalam Rangka
Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang dan Tindak Pidana Pendanaan Terorisme (
Perpres No. 13/2018 ), berdasarkan informasi yang ada pada Perseroan.
B. namun demikian, semata-mata untuk memenuhi ketentuan Pasal 3 ayat (1) Perpres No. 13/2018 (bukan untuk
keperluan lainnya, termasuk perpajakan), maka pemilik manfaat Perseroan adalah Bapak Djony Bunarto Tjondro,
Bapak Rudy, Bapak Gidion Hasan, Bapak Henry Tanoto, Bapak Santosa, Ibu Gita Tiffani Boer, Bapak FXL
Kesuma, Bapak Hamdani Dzulkarnaen Salim, Bapak Thomas Junaidi Alim. W, dan Ibu Hsu Hai Yeh, dalam
kedudukannya sebagai anggota Direksi AI, dimana AI adalah pemegang 80% saham Perseroan yang (melalui
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan) mempunyai kewenangan sebagaimana dimaksud pada Pasal 4 ayat
(1) butir d Perpres No. 13/2018, yakni kewenangan untuk mengangkat, menggantikan, atau memberhentikan
anggota Direksi dan anggota Dewan Komisaris Perseroan.

Other Information
1. The number 963,946,663 mentioned in the Free float Stock Information Section, Column Total Shares This
Month refers to:
A. the definition of Free Float Shares as stipulated in the Indonesian Stock Exchange Regulation No. I-A, namely
Free Float Shares are shares that:
1) owned by less than 5% (five percent) of the total listed shares;
2) not owned by the Controller and Affiliates of the company;
3) is not owned by a member of the board of commissioners or a member of the board; and
4) is not shares that have been repurchased by the company.
B. Exchange explanation informing that Free Float Shares only include scripless.
2. Indonesian Stock Exchange Regulation Number I-E requires the Company to submit information regarding the
name of the ultimate beneficial owner of the Company. Referring to the provisions regarding the beneficial owner as
stipulated in the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 13 of 2018 ("Perpres") and its
implementing regulations:
A. There are no individuals who meet the criteria for Beneficial Owners of the Company as stipulated in Presidential
Regulation No. 13/2018 concerning the Application of the Principle of Identifying Beneficial Owners of Corporations
in the Context of Preventing and Eradicating Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Crimes ( Presidential
Regulation No. 13/2018 ), based on the information available to the Company.
B. However, solely to comply with the provisions of Article 3 paragraph (1) of Presidential Regulation No. 13/2018
(not for other purposes, including taxation), the beneficial owners of the Company are Mr Djony Bunarto Tjondro, Mr
Rudy, Mr Gidion Hasan, Mr Henry Tanoto, Mr Santosa, Ms Gita Tiffani Boer, Mr FXL Kesuma, Mr Hamdani
Dzulkarnaen Salim, Mr Thomas Junaidi Alim. W, and Mrs. Hsu Hai Yeh, in their capacity as members of the Board
of Directors of AI, where AI is the holder of 80% of the Company's shares which (through the Company's General
Meeting of Shareholders) has the authority as referred to in Article 4 paragraph (1) point d of Presidential
Regulation No. 13/2018, namely the authority to appoint, replace, or dismiss members of the Board of Directors and
members of the Board of Commissioners of the Company.
