INDONESIA INFERASTRUCTURE FINANCE No. 2023.200/VII/IIF-HRGA Jakarta, 24 July 2023 Dear Commissioners, In regards to the passing of Mr. Sonny Loho, Independent Commissioner on 14 June 2023, and his concurrent position as Chairman of Audit Committee of the Company, I would like to propose to the Board of Commissioners (the “BoC”) to appoint Mr. Rinaldi Firmansyah, Independent Commissioner, as Interim Chairman of the Audit Committee. As advised by our Corporate Legal, it is stipulated under Article 5 of POJK No. 55 Year 2015 regarding the Establishment and Guideline for the Implementation of Audit Committee, the Chairman of Audit Committee shall be an Independent Commissioner of the Company. Furthermore, in accordance to the Company's Articles of Association, the BoC is entitled to appoint the committee members of the BoC. Hence, I would like to receive your confirmation of Mr. Rinaldi Firmansyah appointment as Interim Chairman of Audit Committee. Should I not receive your confirmation by 31 July 2023, I shall consider your approval of the appointment of Mr. Rinaldi Firmansyah as the Interim Chairman of Audit Committee. The appointment shall be further formalized with a Circular Resolution of the Board of Commissioner, to be circulated after your confirmation.
