Miliar pada 1H23, Didorong oleh Kinerja Perhotelan yang Kuat
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada semester pertama tahun 2023, SSIA membukukan
pendapatan konsolidasi sebesar Rp1.838,2 miliar. Pendapatan
tersebut meningkat sekitar 18,7% dari Rp1.548,6 miliar yang
dibukukan pada 1H22. Peningkatan ini terutama disebabkan
oleh kinerja yang kuat pada pendapatan dari sektor perhotelan
dan konstruksi, yang masing-masing meningkat sebesar
122,3% (Rp218,6 miliar) dan 7,2% (Rp82,6 miliar).
Pendapatan pada segmen bisnis properti SSIA meningkat
sekitar 10,5% (Rp24,3 miliar). Informasi selengkapnya dapat

Description of Material Information or SSIA first semester of 2023 consolidated revenue of
Facts Rp1,838.2 increased from Rp1,548.6 billion booked in 1H22.
This increase was driven primarily by strong performance in
hospitality and construction revenue, which increase by
122.3% (Rp218.6 billion) and 7.2% (Rp82.6 billion)
respectively. Revenue in the SSIA property segment increased
approximately 10.5% (Rp24.3 billion). For more information
