Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 4 Agustus 2023, Perseroan tidak dapat
melakukan penyetoran dana kepada KSEI sebagai Agen
Pembayaran sehubungan dengan pembayaran bunga ke-12
(dua belas) dan pelunasan pokok atas Obligasi Berkelanjutan
IV Waskita Karya Tahap I Tahun 2020 (PUB IV Tahap I Tahun
2020) yang akan jatuh pada tanggal 6 Agustus 2023
sebagaimana diperjanjikan dalam Perjanjian Perwaliamanatan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Berdasarkan Surat Perseroan No. 678/WK/DIR/2023 tanggal 5
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Mei 2023 tentang Informasi dan/atau Fakta Material Lainnya
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dan pengumuman tentang Pemberitahuan Kelalaian Obligasi
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Berkelanjutan IV Waskita Karya Tahap I Tahun 2020 pada
Perusahaan Publik tanggal 30 Mei 2023, Perseroan tidak melakukan pembayaran
bunga ke-11 (sebelas) PUB IV tahap I Tahun 2020 dan telah
dinyatakan lalai oleh Wali Amanat pada tanggal 30 Mei 2023.
Atas kelalaian yang telah dinyatakan oleh Wali Amanat pada
tanggal 30 Mei 2023 tersebut, Wali Amanat atas
pertimbangannya sendiri berhak memanggil RUPO lebih lanjut
untuk menentukan tindaklanjut atas cidera janji tersebut
terhadap Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or On August 4, 2023, the Company was unable to deposit funds
Facts to KSEI as a Payment Agent in connection with the payment of
the 12th (twelve) interest and principal repayment of Waskita
Karya Phase I IV 2020 Sustainable Bonds (PUB IV Phase I
Year 2020) which will fall on August 6, 2023 as agreed in the
Trusteeship Agreement.
Impact of event, material information or Based on Company Letter No. 678/WK/DIR/2023 dated 5 May
facts towards Issuers or Public 2023 concerning Information and/or Other Material Facts and
Company’s operational activities, legal, announcement regarding Notification of Negligence of Shelf
financial condition, or going concern Registration Bond IV Waskita Karya Phase I Year 2020 on 30
May 2023, the Company did not make the 11th (eleventh)
interest payment PUB IV phase I of 2020 and has been
declared negligent by the Trustee on May 30, 2023.
For the negligence that was declared by the Trustee on May
30, 2023, the Trustee has the right at his own discretion to
summon the RUPO further to determine the follow-up for the
breach of contract against the Company.
Thus to be informed accordingly.
