Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa lanjutan proses persidangan permohonan PKPU
terhadap Perseroan telah digelar pada hari Rabu tanggal 2
Agustus 2023 dengan dihadiri oleh pihak Kuasa Pemohon
(Mewakili Donny H. Laksamana) dan pihak Kuasa Termohon
(Mewakili Perseroan) dengan agenda sidang bukti tambahan
dari Pemohon dan Termohon.
Dalam sidang tersebut, pihak Pemohon dan Termohon
menyampaikan bukti tambahan beserta daftarnya kepada
Majelis Hakim. Selanjutnya, Pemohon meminta kesempatan
untuk mengajukan bukti tambahan kembali kepada Majelis
Hakim.
Majelis Hakim menetapkan sidang selanjutnya pada hari
Senin, 7 Agustus 2023 dengan agenda bukti tambahan dari
Pemohon.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dapat kami sampaikan bahwa dengan adanya pengajuan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan permohonan PKPU tersebut, tidak memiliki dampak yang
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, signifikan terhadap kegiatan operasional dan kondisi
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau keuangan dari Perseroan.

PKPU Application Trial Process for PT Waskita Karya

Description of Material Information or the Sequel of the PKPU application trial process against the
Facts Company was held on Wednesday 2 August 2023 in the
presence of the Petitioner's Attorney (Representing Donny H.
Laksamana) and the Respondent's Attorney (Representing the
Company) with the agenda of additional evidence from the
Petitioner and Respondent.
During the hearing, the Petitioner and the Respondent
submitted additional evidence along with their list to the Panel
of Judges. Furthermore, the Petitioner asked for the
opportunity to submit additional evidence back to the Panel of
Judges.
The Panel of Judges set the next hearing on Monday, 7
August 2023 with an agenda for additional evidence from the
Petitioners.
