bersamaan dengan menjalankan kegiatan usaha
Perseroan, termasuk kebutuhan belanja modal.

Referring to the Company's Information Disclosure on May 3,
2023 regarding Share Buyback Plan in Significantly
Fluctuating Market Condition (“Share Buyback”), we hereby
announce that the Company intends to extend its Share
Buyback period up to 3 (three) months since the date of this
Information Disclosure, under the consideration that its
Share Buyback period shall expire on August 3, 2023, while
there are still shares available out of maximum
1,132,849,900 (one billion one hundred thirty two million
eight hundred forty nine thousand and nine hundred) shares
planned to be bought back by the Company. Until August 3,
2023, the Company has bought back 102,046,000 (one
hundred two million forty six thousand) shares.

e Period of the Company's Share Buyback
The share buyback during the Extension period may only
be executed at the latest within 3 (three) months since
the date of this Information Disclosure.
- Date of Information Disclosure: August 3, 2023
- Extension period of the Share Buyback:
August 4, 2023 to November 3, 2023

e Impact of the Company's Share Buyback during the
Extension period on its income and financing costs
The Company is confident that the execution of the
Company's Share Buyback during the Extension period
will not bring any impact on its revenue, considering the
Company has sufficient funding sources to carry out
Shares Buyback in conjunction with carrying out the
Company's business activities, including capital
expenditures.

e Limit of the Share Price for the planned Share Buyback
during the Extension period
The Share Buyback during the Extension period will be
executed at the prices that the Company considers
appropriate and fair by complying with the applicable
regulations.

e Method for Share Buyback during the Extension period
The Company's Share Buyback during the Extension
period will be carried out through trading on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange. The Company has appointed
PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia to carry out the Company's
Share Buyback during the Extension period by taking into
account the applicable laws and regulations.
