Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dalam rangka memenuhi Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
No. 31/POJK.04/2015 tanggal 16 Desember 2015 tentang
Keterbukaan atas Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten
atau Perusahaan Publik, Perusahaan menyampaikan bahwa:
a. Pada tanggal 01 Agustus 2023, PT Enseval Putera
Megatrading Tbk (EPMT) dan PT Tri Investama Solusindo
(TIS) telah menandatangani perjanjian untuk mendirikan
usaha patungan (joint venture company) yaitu PT Mitra
Ananda Megadistrindo dengan bisnis utama bidang distribusi
dan logistik cold chain untuk produk FMCG;
b. Kedua belah pihak sepakat untuk mengambilbagian
masing-masing dengan rincian sebagai berikut:
- EPMT akan mengambilbagian sebesar 51%
kepemilikan saham;
- TIS akan mengambilbagian sebesar 49% kepemilikan
saham.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak berdampak material
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,

regarding Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by the
Issuer or a Listed Company, the Company hereby announces
that:
a. On August 01, 2023, the Company's subsidiary,
namely PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk (EPMT) and PT
Tri Investama Solusindo (TIS) has signed an agreement to
establish a joint venture company, namely PT Mitra Ananda
Megadistrindo with the main business being distribution and
cold chain logistic for FMCG products;
b. Both parties agreed to take part respectively with the
following details:
- EPMT will take 51% shares ownership;
- TIS will take 49% shares ownership.
