Material Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Dalam rangka memenuhi Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 31/POJK.04/2015 tanggal 16 Desember 2015 tentang Keterbukaan atas Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik, Perusahaan menyampaikan bahwa pada tanggal 1 Agustus 2023, PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk (EPMT) dan PT Tri Investama Solusindo (TIS) telah menandatangani perjanjian untuk mendirikan usaha patungan/joint venture company yaitu PT Mitra Ananda Megadistrindo yang bergerak dalam bisnis utama di bidang distribusi dan logistik cold chain untuk produk FMCG.
