Ltd. kepada OJK pada tanggal 9 Maret 2026 dalam rangka
memenuhi ketentuan Pasal 16 Peraturan Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan (OJK) No. 9/POJK.04/2018 Tahun 2018 tanggal 27
Juli 2018 tentang Pengambilalihan Perusahaan Terbuka
(POJK 9/2018).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Laporan Hasil Penawaran Tender Wajib tersebut tidak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan menimbulkan dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, aspek hukum, kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan dan entitas anak Perseroan. Kegiatan usaha dan
Perusahaan Publik operasional Perseroan tetap berjalan dengan normal
sebagaimana biasanya.

Facts Offer conducted by Agpa Pte. Ltd., (New Controller) for the
shares of PT Prime Agri Resources Tbk, we hereby submit the
report on the results of the Mandatory Tender Offer as
attached which was delivered by Agpa Pte. Ltd. to OJK on 9
March 2026, in order to comply with the provisions of Article 16
of the Financial Services Authority Regulation (OJK) No.
9/POJK.04/2018 of 2018 dated July 27, 2018 concerning the
Acquisition of Public Companies (POJK 9/2018).

facts towards Issuers or Public have any material impact on the operational, legal aspects,
Company’s operational activities, legal, financial conditions or business continuity of the Company and
