Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sebagai perusahaan teknologi penyedia berbagai solusi, mulai
dari solusi perpesanan dengan
menawarkan rangkaian layanan yang lengkap (WhatsApp,
SMS dan email), chat commerce, custom
development, AI dan Chatbot, Perseroan telah memenuhi
kewajiban melakukan keterbukaan informasi
untuk penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Berkala Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik sesuai dengan POJK No.
14/POJK.04/2022. Dalam hal ini, Perseroan perlu memberikan
penjelasan terhadap laporan keuangan
semester 1 tahun 2023 kepada para pemangku kepentingan.
Berdasarkan laporan keuangan semester 1 2023, pencapaian
Perseroan di semester 1 2023 mengalami
penurunan revenue sebesar 10% dan profit after tax sebesar
99%. Pada semester 1 2023, Perseroan telah
melakukan investasi yang cukup signifikan sebelum Perseroan
melaksanakan IPO pada bulan Mei 2023,
yang bertujuan untuk membangun dan memiliki teknologi AI
(Artificial Intelligent) yang mumpuni dan
juga marketplace yang dapat diakses melalui WhatsApp.
Melalui investasi yang sudah dilakukan tersebut,
Perseroan merasa optimis dalam menghadapi masa depan
yang penuh kesempatan baik di semester 2
2023 dan di tahun-tahun berikutnya. Menjadi catatan penting
juga, bahwa aspek biaya diproyeksikan
dapat turun di semester 2 dan bisnis Perseroan diproyeksikan
dapat tumbuh lebih baik.
Sebagai perusahaan teknologi yang telah berdiri selama 20
tahun, dengan total portofolio lebih dari 500
klien korporasi dan lebih dari 12.000 merchants SMB (Small
Medium Business), Perseroan telah melewati
perjalanan yang luar biasa dalam mencapai keunggulan dalam
pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Melalui
komitmen terhadap kualitas dan layanan terbaik, Perseroan
telah berhasil membangun portofolio yang
kuat dari berbagai industri di Indonesia. Untuk mendorong
pertumbuhan dan kesuksesan lebih lanjut,
Perseroan telah membuat strategi kunci yang akan menjadi
fokus utama Perseroan:
1. Teknologi AI (Artificial Intelligent) dari Perseroan yang
sudah resmi dirilis pada 17 Juli 2023. Saat
ini memasuki tahapan integrasi dalam 10 project pilot dengan
klien. Layanan AI (Artificial Intelligent) Perseroan ini sudah
terintegrasi dengan ChatGPT dan dibangun dengan basic NLP
(Natural language Processing) yang berguna untuk
memperkaya pengetahuan dan informasi yang dimiliki oleh AI
(Artificial Intelligent), sehingga setiap harinya AI (Artificial
Intelligent) dapat terus belajar dan menjadi semakin baik
dalam berkomunikasi. Perseroan memproyeksikan bahwa
hasilnya akan mulai terlihat di Q4 2023 dan Perseroan
percaya teknologi AI (Artificial Intelligent) ini akan mulai
berkembang sepenuhnya di market pada semester 1 2024.
2. Bekerjasama dengan Principal motor listrik dan sepeda
listrik Tangkas sebagai distributor digital utama. Melalui
marketplace BerandaToko, produk Tangkas akan mulai di rilis
17 Agustus 2023. Perseroan mendapat kepercayaan sebagai
Distributor Digital Tangkas dengan cakupan operasi Nasional.
Pendistribusian Motor listrik dan sepeda listrik Tangkas ini
sejalan dengan komitmen pemerintah untuk meningkatkan

penggunaan kendaraan listrik di Indonesia.
3. Perseroan berhasil menambah kerja sama dengan 62
perusahaan dari berbagai sektor industri
di Indonesia di semester 1 2023 ini dengan berbagai layanan
seperti WhatsApp Business, Mobile
Ads, SMS Broadcast dan Email Blast. Kerjasama ini adalah
bukti kepercayaan yang tinggi terhadap
Perseroan dalam menghadirkan solusi inovatif di pasar
Indonesia dalam mendorong pertumbuhan industri dan
transformasi digital di Indonesia.
4. Bekerjasama dengan TokoPintar (dengan lebih dari 180.000
distribusi warung dan 400 Grosir
Retail) dalam mendukung infrastruktur dan solusi perpesanan
dengan teknologi smart Chatbot
dan AI (Artificial Intelligent). Dengan kerjasama ini, Perseroan
meyakini transformasi digital para
mitra yang telah bergabung akan semakin baik.
Perseroan optimis bahwa kombinasi dari berbagai strategi ini
diproyeksikan dapat membawa Perseroan
menuju pencapaian target yang diharapkan di masa yang
akan datang dan semakin memperkuat posisi
Perseroan sebagai pemimpin dominan di pasar secara
berkelanjutan untuk solusi perpesanan yang
lengkap, pengembangan aplikasi, dan distribusi digital di
Indonesia.

Description of Material Information or As a technology company that provides various solutions,
Facts ranging from messaging solutions to offers a complete range
of services (WhatsApp, SMS and email), chat commerce,
custom development, AI and Chatbot, the Company has
fulfilled the obligation to disclose information for submission of
Issuer or Public Company Periodic Financial Reports following
POJK No. 14/POJK.04/2022. In this case, the Company must
explain the financial statements for semester 1 of 2023 to
stakeholders.
Based on the 1st semester 2023 financial report, the
Company's achievements in the 1st semester 2023 have
experienced decreased revenue by 10% and profit after tax by
99%. In semester 1, 2023, the Company made a significant
investment before the Company carried out an IPO in May
2023, which aims to build and have qualified AI (Artificial
Intelligent) technology and also a marketplace that can be
accessed via WhatsApp. Through these investments, The
Company is optimistic about facing a future full of good
opportunities in semester 2, 2023 and subsequent years. It is
also important to note that the projected cost aspect may
decrease in semester 2, and the Company's business is
projected to grow better.
As a technology company established 20 years, with a total
portfolio of more than 500 corporate clients and more than
12,000 SMB (Small Medium Business) merchants, the
Company has passed a remarkable journey in achieving
excellence in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
Through a commitment to quality and excellent service, the
Company has succeeded in building a strong portfolio from
various industries in Indonesia. To drive further growth and
success, The Company has made a fundamental strategy
which will be the main focus of the Company:
1. The Company's AI (Artificial Intelligent) Technology was
officially released on July 17, 2023. When

begin to be released on August 17, 2023. The Company has
been trusted as a Digital Tangkas Distributor with national
operating coverage. The distribution of Tangkas electric
motorbikes and electric bicycles is in line with the
government's commitment to increasing the use of electric
vehicles in Indonesia.
3. The Company succeeded in increasing cooperation with 62
companies from various industrial sectors
in Indonesia in semester 1 of 2023 with various services such
as WhatsApp Business, Mobile
