Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Mega Putra Garment (MPG) merupakan salah satu Entitas
Anak langsung yang 99,99% yang bagian sahamnya dimiliki
oleh Perusahaan secara langsung. Pada tanggal 24 Juli 2023,
MPG melakukan perjanjian hutang-piutang kepada PT Avione
Surya Cemerlang, sesuai dengan kesepakatan kedua belah
pihak melalui Perjanjian hutang-piutang sejumlah Rp
15.000.000.000, dengan jangka waktu 10 (sepuluh) bulan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak berdampak material
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,

agreement of both parties through a loan agreement in the
amount of Rp 15,000,000,000, with a period of 10 (ten)
