Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Merujuk pada reklasifikasi Laporan Keuangan Audited periode
30 Juni 2022 pada PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP)
yang merupakan salah satu anak perusahaan Perseroan
dengan kepemilikan saham sebesar 59,99%, maka Perseroan
melakukan reklasifikasi Laporan Keuangan Audited
Konsolidasian untuk tahun yang berakhir pada tanggal 30 Juni
2022.
Reklasifikasi mencakup penyesuaian pos Obligasi Wajib
Konversi (OWK) WSBP yang sebelumnya dicatatkan sebagai
Ekuitas menjadi Liabilitas Jangka Pendek atas akun Utang
Supplier, Utang Bank Jangka Pendek dan Utang Obligasi
Jangka Pendek sesuai dengan kriteria pengakuanawal
instrumen keuangan berdasarkan PSAK 50.
Bahwa penyesuaian atas pos-pos terkait OWK WSBP telah
disesuaikan dengan kriteria tersebut diatas dalam Laporan
Keuangan Audited Konsolidasian Perseroan periode 31
Desember 2022.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Atas kejadian tersebut tidak terdapat dampak yang signifikan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, ataupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan

Reclassification of Financial Statement 2022 PT Waskita
Type of Material Information or Facts Karya (Persero) Tbk
Description of Material Information or Referring to the reclassification of the Audited Financial
Facts Statements for the period June 30, 2022 at PT Waskita Beton
Precast Tbk (WSBP), which is a subsidiary of the Company
with a share ownership of 59.99%, the Company reclassified
the Consolidated Audited Financial Statements for the year
ending on 30 June 2022.
The reclassification includes adjustments to the WSBP
Mandatory Convertible Bonds (OWK) previously listed as
Equity to Short-Term Liabilities for Supplier Payables, Short-
Term Bank Loans and Short-Term Bonds Payable in
accordance with the criteria for initial recognition of financial
instruments under PSAK 50.
Whereas adjustments to posts related to WSBP's OWK have
been adjusted to the criteria mentioned above in the
Company's Consolidated Audited Financial Statements for the
period December 31, 2022.
Impact of event, material information or it did not have a significant impact on the operational activities,
facts towards Issuers or Public law, financial condition or business continuity of the Company
