Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 16 Agustus 2023, Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV
Adira Finance Tahap III Tahun 2018 Seri E sebesar
Rp460.750.000.000 yang diterbitkan Perusahaan akan jatuh
tempo. Namun demikian Perusahaan telah menyediakan dana
untuk pembayaran pokok Obligasi tersebut beserta bunga
yang diperkirakan sebesar Rp10.654.843.750 kepada
pemegang Obligasi yang akan jatuh tempo tersebut dengan
menggunakan kas internal.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pembayaran Pokok Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV Adira Finance
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Tahap III Tahun 2018 Seri E tersebut tidak memiliki dampak
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, signifikan terhadap Perusahaan, karena:
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau a) Perusahaan telah menyediakan dana untuk
Perusahaan Publik kebutuhan tersebut di atas hingga tanggal 30 Juni 2023, posisi
kas dan setara kas Perusahaan adalah sejumlah Rp1.
587.013.650.597.
b) Perusahaan telah menyediakan dana untuk
kebutuhan tersebut di atas didalam rekening Perusahaan.

Description of Material Information or On August 16, 2023, Adira Finance Continuous Bonds IV
Facts Phase III 2018 Serial E amounted of Rp460,750,000,000 will
be due. However, the Company has prepared the funds to
settle the payment of bonds principal as above-mentioned and
its interest amounted of Rp10,654,843,750 (estimation) as well
to the bonds' investor from Company's internal cash.
Impact of event, material information or The principal payment of Adira Finance Continuous Bonds IV
facts towards Issuers or Public Phase III 2018 Serial E has no significant impact to
Company’s operational activities, legal, theCompany, since :
financial condition, or going concern a). the Company has prepared funds for that purpose and as
of June 30, 2023 the cash and cash equivalent of the
Company is recorded at Rp1,587,013,650,597.
b). the Company has provided funds for that purpose in the
Company's bank account.
